The broad research scope of the ILC is to conduct legal research into Indigenous peoples and the law, with the majority of research conducted at the ILC falling under the six core research areas listed below. Each research area contains a number of research projects and associated resources.
A number of ILC research projects have resulted in the development of key resources useful for students, academics, researchers, policy-makers and legal practitioners. A special resource for students titled "Our Stories" will be launched soon.
All publications by ILC staff (including those arising out of research projects) and Centre Associates are listed in order of date published.
A brief summary of additional Indigenous legal research conducted by staff within the Faculty of Law, UNSW can be found here.
