Submissions

The Australian Indigenous Law Review is not currently accepting submissions.

The aim of the journal is to publish quality articles that address legal issues of significance to Indigenous peoples in Australia and around the world and to provide a platform for the dissemination of research, for academic and political debate, and for analysis that contributes to the development of important ideas.

The journal takes a broad approach to legal issues and recognises the contribution of inter- and cross-disciplinary submissions. All articles are subject to anonymous peer review by at least two experts.
