Want to know what recognition looks like in the Constitution?

The 'Thought Leaders Playlist' is a series of videos by the UNSW Law Faculty explaining the facts and providing expert leadership on topics that matter to Australians. Our Centre Director, Prof Megan Davis informs us on the proposal to amend the Constitution to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. She takes us through the five recomendations of the Expert Panel on Constitutional recognition, with additional videos focusing on racial a racial non-discrimination provision in the Australian constitution as well as a new section that would recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples including their prior occupation, their continuing relationship with the land, their continuing cultures, language and heritage.

Check out these great videos here and please share with others so that we can help to educate more people on this important topic.
